All-in-one printer

An all-in-one printer, also often called MultiFuntion Device(MFD) printer, combines several types of functionality into one printer. This usually means combining the printer functionality with scanning, copying and FAX capabilities.

The main advantage of combining all features into one machine is that it saves considerable space and only creates the need of one type of printer cartridge.
